How long do the results last?
Results vary based on how often you wash, how oily your scalp is, and what other shampoos you use. Most people maintain their shade by using it 2 to 3 times per week. How long will one bottle last?

Which shade should I choose?

Black is best for naturally black hair or very deep dark brown hair that you want to look close to black.
Dark Brown is best for medium to dark brown hair and is often the safest choice if you are between shades.
Light Brown is best for light to medium brown hair or anyone who wants a softer blend on gray hair.

Will it work on hair that is color treated?
Yes, it can be used on color treated hair. It is designed to deposit pigment while cleansing, which means it can help refresh fading color and blend new grays between salon visits. If you have highlights, balayage, or very porous hair, those lighter pieces can grab color faster. To keep dimension, focus application on the areas with gray and do not over massage into the lightest ends. If your hair is freshly bleached or extremely porous, do a small test section first.
Is it safe to use, and do I need to do a patch test?
